Richard Rogerson

CEO
Advisory

richard@rfrproperty.com

Richard is a senior advisor to individuals, families and a small number of global family offices focusing primarily on prime and super prime residential property in London.  He has discreetly advised on some of the most high profile, high value and highly sensitive transactions in London.

A former lawyer and Partner at Macfarlanes, Richard has spent his entire career advising clients on issues that matter to them most.   Described by Chambers HNW Guide 2023 (issued July 2023) as “incredibly bright”, “excellent at negotiations and tactically astute”; clients praise his grasp of the detail and ability “to think outside of the box to achieve the best possible result for clients”.

A senior and respected commentator on London’s prime markets in both the written and broadcast media, Richard is consistently rated as a leading property adviser in London and was named ‘Property Adviser of the Year’ in 2018.

Outside of RFR, Richard is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, a wonderful charity that supports families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness.  Richard is also a senior advisor to Lennox Investment Management LLP, a leading investment manager specialising in super prime residential property in London.

When out of the office Richard is never far from a sports pitch, whether it’s coaching (or supporting) his two young boys on the rugby, football or tennis fronts, cheering on his beloved Spurs or playing (touch) rugby, footie, padel tennis and tennis (all sadly not as well as he would like).

Richard is excellent at negotiations and tactically astute, unafraid to think outside of the box to achieve the best possible result for his clients
Chambers High Net Worth Guide, 2023

Richard’s incredibly bright…The client service is second to none
Chambers High Net Worth Guide, 2023

Rogerson’s experience equips him to offer a full suite of property private office services
