A Grade II listed Georgian house on a leafy street between Notting Hill and Kensington High Street, bought as a home for our client who plans to move to London once her youngest child has finished school.
Before the house was put on the rental market, RFR organised an intensive 2 week refurbishment programme to bring the house up to the standard expected by high end corporate tenants. Our Project Management team oversaw the works, using our trusted tradespeople to get it ready as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
We then introduced our client to the best lettings agents in the area, managing the negotiations and paperwork on the client’s behalf and ensuring all statutory requirements were fulfilled. The first set of corporate tenants stayed for over 2 years with RFR providing ongoing property management services, overseeing regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
