A 2-bedroom apartment in a Chelsea mansion block, which the owner uses as her London base. She wanted to create a soft, glamourous feel with spaces that would also work for her young adult son.
We worked alongside our Interior Architecture and Design team, managing the 6 month project which involved a complete strip-out and refurbishment and new kitchen and bathrooms. Our client also wished to alter the interior layout to open up the kitchen / living space and insure the bedrooms were more equally proportioned.
We liaised with the managing agent of the block to ensure we worked within their particular restrictions: installing acoustic insulation so that noise didn’t travel between flats, as well as matching the windows with the rest of the building. The client is delighted with the project and says she now misses hearing from the RFR team!
