Our client, a film producer, was keen to move his family into Central London from rental accommodation in Richmond. He instructed us to find a “special” property, unfurnished with a good finish and plenty of lateral space, within easy reach of work and his children’s schools.

Our client picked a spacious 4 bedroom raised and lower ground apartment with high ceilings in a Notting Hill villa. Undoubtedly the biggest selling (or renting!) point was the huge, mature garden.
