For our clients, a Hong Kong Chinese family planning to relocate to England from Canada, their number one priority was finding the right school for their young daughters; a family house would then follow suit.
Once school places were secured, the house should be no more than 10 to 15 minutes’ walk away. They wanted a modern house of around 3,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, preferably fully furnished.

They selected an unfurnished house from our shortlist so we managed furniture procurement and set up the services they needed (even stocking the fridge!) before the family’s arrival in the UK.
