City Pied À Terre

A City lawyer tired of his long commute/staying in hotels asked RFR to help him find an urban flat with parking, somewhere close to the City but with weekend appeal for his family. He wanted a property with character but in good condition; balancing convenience now with future rental and long term capital growth potential.

We organised tours in Shad Thames, Wapping, Shoreditch and Clerkenwell.

Shad Thames, with its Tower Bridge views, charming cobbled streets and good restaurants, provided the right balance of convenience in the week and weekend entertainment.

We identified a property in a converted wharf where characterful features did not compromise the space. Detailed estimates from our Project Management team allowed our client to offer at a level which left room to replace the dated kitchen within budget.
